Irving, TX (June 8, 2007) An aggressive production schedule marked the first half of 2007 as the Fusion Productions’ team shot literally coast to coast.

The sixth installment of Countdown, a video series for NASA’s Space Shuttle Program, took the Fusion crew to Florida first. After shooting Space Shuttle Discovery at Kennedy Space Center, the crew went to Space Coast Stadium for an effects laden sequence which will transform the minor league baseball stadium into a major league game between NASA and "Process Escapes."
Seven days of shooting in Dallas followed the Florida trip. "It’s seven shoot days, but the logistics take weeks of preparation," said Clayton Coblentz, Fusion’s Production Manager. The seven were spent shooting projects for the national Episcopal and Catholic Church and included multiple days in the Studios of Las Colinas as well as days in local churches. The videos deal with the subjects of sexual harassment and sexual exploitation in ministry. Two additional days of shooting were required in New York City and Washington, DC where the Fusion crew shot endorsements by the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church and retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.
Fusion is finishing out the first half of 2007 shooting at several NASA sites across the country including Edwards Air Force Base, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Johnson Space Center, and NASA’s new Safety Center in Cleveland, OH.
According to Fusion’s president and lead producer, Todd Sims, "This year is already guaranteed to be our biggest year ever."
