NASA"Thank you for your outstanding support in the production of the video "Success in Process Control." Because process control is an essential ingredient in maintaining the integrity of the Space Shuttle design as well as ensuring the safety of the workforce and the flight crews, it is imperative that each member of the Space Shuttle team understand the importance of controlling processes at all levels of the Program. To accomplish the task of increasing the awareness of process control, the Space Shuttle Program is using the video to communicate this message throughout the Program's prime contractor and supplier base. The message and examples of lessons learned depicted in the video make it clear that even seemingly benign changes to a process at any level can have far more severe effects downstream. The message is simple - identify and report changes to processes, even minor changes, so that the potential impact on the end product can be fully evaluated and understood.

Because of the high quality of the video and your creative approach to demonstrating and communicating the message and examples of lessons learned depicted in it, this video has been extremely well received both within and outside the Space Shuttle Program, and it has become a keystone in our Process Control Awareness Program. Robotic Systems Technology Branch"I am writing to express my appreciation for your outstanding support to the Robotic Systems Technology Branch of the Automation, Robotics, and Simulation Division (AR&SD) at the NASA Johnson Space Center with the development of a video to document the demonstration of our integrated ground demonstration unit of the Autonomous EVA Robotic Camera (AERCam) system. The AERCam is a free-flying robotic camera system which is being proposed to support the International Space Station.
