Fusion Productions Exceeds Sales Goals - Again!
Irving, TX (Feb. 9, 2000) - Fusion Productions, a film and video production company located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area, achieved a 150% increase in sales in 1999! Fusion founder Todd Sims commented, "Our creative visual artist's commitment to superior production value coupled with our client's continued support and trust enabled us to surpass our goals for 1999."
Fusion completed several major projects in 1999 including a product information video for Alt-Med. The production integrated extensive animation, an original music score, and a variety of visual images. Several dramatizations were created for the video with the support of Houston based Modern Movie Machines (M3) and their Super 16 mm Aaton camera system. M3 also provided grip and lighting support as well as a Digibeta camera package for interviews and product footage. On camera talent was provided by Pastorini-Bosby Talent in Houston.
Fusion continued to provide extensive support to NASA during 1999. Two productions were completed for NASA's Technology Transfer program. Both were specially designed for presentation in a traveling museum developed to inform the public about the many space related discoveries that benefit average Americans every day. A semi truck was outfitted with historical displays and a small "movie theater" where the videos are shown. Both productions, an International Space Station promotion and a KC135 (zero gravity trainer) College Program video, were shot in High Definition and were transferred to DVD complete with surround sound for use in the truck. The truck premiered at this years Texas State Fair before departing on an extended U.S. tour.
Fusion Productions is predicting continued growth for 2000. "We have continued to establish ourselves in the Texas region and are set to begin an exciting expansion in 2000 as we celebrate our tenth year anniversary," Sims stated. Fusion Productions was founded in 1990 in Brownwood, Texas and began operating in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in October of 1997.
